2. Definitions

(A) personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); the identifiable natural person is one whose identity can be verified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identity such as name, ID number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person,

H) profiling: any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data for the evaluation of certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular for the analysis or prediction of aspects related to work performance, financial status, health , personal preferences, interests, credibility, behavior, position or movements of such natural person,
3. Your rights
You, as a data subject, have the following rights under the applicable legal framework for the protection of personal data:
A) Right to information. Anyone who processes your personal data has an obligation to inform you of the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data it processes, and to whom such data is transmitted.
B) Right of access. You have access to the data that the controller has for you.
C) Right to correction. You can request correction or modification of your personal information,
D) Deletion right or otherwise "right to be forgotten". Subject to certain conditions, you may request the deletion of personal data concerning you and the controller shall delete it without undue delay.
E) Right to limit processing. Under certain conditions, you have the right to request a temporary restriction on the processing of data concerning you.
G) Right to data portability. You have the right to receive your personal data or request that it be transmitted to another controller.
H) Right to object / object. You have the right to object to the processing of data concerning you, as long as the purpose for which they were originally collected no longer exists, including profile training, automated decision making and marketing.
I) Right on automated decision making and profile building. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

5. Right to Appeal to the Commission for Personal Data Protection
If you think we have violated your rights in relation to your personal information, you can file complain to the Supervisory Authority of Bulgaria, which is the Commission for Personal Data Protection. More information can be found at: www.cpdp.bg. Also, you can submit your complaint in the country where you live, in the country where your workplace is as well as in the country where you consider your rights violated.

7. Purpose of Processing and Use of Personal Data

• Processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation.
